Africa's Virtual Lecture Space
The virtual lecture space is a digital platform where learners are given he opportunity to subscribe to courses undergone by teachers/lecture in a particular field.
This platform provides a channel via mobile applications where students and course instructors can communicate and where lecture resources can be shared to learners with ease. resources shared include audio, videos, text and files... this platform provides a means where lecture sessions can be held via chat session and third-party social media apps. After all lecture sessions, lecture files can still be access on the courses lecture room. The system Also includes a means of assessing the students offering a course.
All courses can have application fee attached to them depending on planning. This system would be made up of 2 applications, the teacher dashboard app and students app.
Rational for this platform
- This platform provides a means for easy interaction between teachers and learners
- It provides a means where students offering the same course can interact irrespective of location
- It provides students the ability to access lecture files even after missing the lectures for any reason.
- It can be use as an alternative to physical lectures held in schools.

SIGNIN/ SIGNUP FEATURE
Our signin and signup feature works perfectly as we planned.
Requires user's First name, Last name, and email address to signup successfully.
DISCOVERY ACTIVITY
The discovery activity shows a view of who subjects/courses/instructors available in the system.
From this activity, you can access all instructors/subject/courses with ease.
USER ACCOUNT ACTIVITY
The user account activity works for both instructors and learners.
From this end, instructors can access their workspace from where they can create courses to be published
COURSE EDIT ACTIVITY
This activity provides access to instructors to effectiviely manage courses.
We've not made provisions for adding lecture resources to courses created. That would be made in our next release.
ONGOING COURSES ACTIVITY
This activity shows a list of all courses the current user has enrolled for and makes provisions to access the course.
